What if the women involved were holding back information detrimental to the investigation like perhaps maybe President Clinton paid for his oral sexual extramarital affairs? This could be used as a form of political control. What could that possibly be used for though?

Constraints put on the presidential office ( monitors ), would prevent any kind of very obvious activity, that varied too much and would be easily seen. However, something like welfare reform that is meant to look economically correct for the nation would go widely unnoticed by the officials monitors.

Right as welfare reform kicked in pimping was being made popular throughout the United States by Hollywood and the popular musical artists. Also at this time there were masses of dominant male youth incarcerated for drugs, illegal guns, and gang activity, and high levels of illegal immigration that led to massive jobs losses for American youths. This all made for an extremely easy money situation for female youths through cult prostitution and XXX cult prostitution. This was all done to look “satanic”.

I'll explain. The five pointed star represents a females anatomy, two arms, two legs, and a head. The six pointed star is representational of a man, two arms, two legs, a head, and a penis. ( see diagram at top of page for representational visual affirmation ) The story of Adam and eve in the Bible states that Eve came from Adam and that she was one of his ribs. If we take the X that marks the spot from the female star and place it inside of the male star, we can see that the X is indeed the symbol for a rib or female ( EVE ) that was pulled from Adam, because it makes five pointed stars in Adam ( the six pointed star ). So a rib is an X and the end times prophecy of Daniel in the old Testament states that there will be a second beast that is like a bear ( what is like a bear? A representation of a bear or picture of a bear ), and it will be raised up on one side. This could be construed as the flag of California as it is “like” a bear or the “likeness” of a bear and it is “raised up” on one side of the United States. The prophecy also states that the bear will have three ribs in it's mouth between it's teeth, and that as we now know, could be construed as XXX. The prophecy also states that that the bear is told to arise and devour much flesh, and that could be construed as high levels of incarceration ( a state that devours it's children into it's “System”, like a digestive system ) or better known as three strikes ( XXX ) and your out law. Further analysis shows this was set up during the cold war era, possibly by the K.G.B. As during that period of time, bowling became popular and there is something called a turkey, XXX three strikes, in bowling, and a turkey goes “gobble gobble”. Remember that this is all an attack on Americas youth to create high debt and massive immorality that leads to the downfall of the dollar, it is not really a prophecy being fulfilled. It is fake. ( update – It is easy to track these subconsciously groomed females, if only you look for the women who wear the leopard skin clothing, as the third beast in the prophecy has control and that beast is the leopard.
